How long are Home Physiotherapy Treatments?

Sessions are usually 45 minutes.

I have extended medical coverage through my work, do you direct bill my insurance coverage?

No, we do not direct bill. We provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company.

Are In-Home Physiotherapy Visits and Telehealth Physiotherapy Sessions covered by my Extended Medical Plan?

This depends on the details of your coverage. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company in this regard. Most coverage requires the provider to be a Registered Physiotherapist. We are all Registered Physiotherapists and our registration number will be on your receipt.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

There will be no charge for cancellations for either an Home Physiotherapy Visit or a Telehealth Session, if 12 hours notice is given.

travel

Do you charge for travel time and expenses?

Yes, mileage is charged at $0.75 per km. This is compliant with Revenue Canada guidelines for business use of a personal vehicle.

Travel time: $50.0 per hour.
