PHYSIOTHERAPY HOME VISITS

Physiotherapy Home Visit: $130.00. Sessions are usually 30-45 minutes.

Travel:
Physiotherapist’s travel time will be charged @ $50.00 per hour, from the contractor’s home.

Mileage will be charged at @ $0.75 per km, in accordance with Revenue Canada Guidelines for personal vehicle use.

HYDROTHERAPY SESSIONS: $130.00. Sessions are usually 45 minutes.

Clients pay for their own pool fee.

 
TELEHEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPY

$130.00 per session. Case review and program preparation, video- conference, “Physitrack” exercise program development. Exercise program made available to client with written instructions and/or videos. Access to exercise program for 3 months after the end of the sessions. Prep/video-conference/follow-up: Usually 45 minutes.

REPORTS AND LETTERS
Physiotherapy Reports and Letters: Reports and letters can be prepared upon request and will be invoiced at  $100.00/hr.

Payment methods:

Home visits: e-transfer, cash or cheque.

Cancellation Policy:
No charge if 12 hours notice is provided.

50% of the visit fee will be charged for cancellations made within 12 hours of the service.
